Marches while holding baby out - 20
Squats with baby raise - 10
Marches while holding baby out - 20
Cuddly morning glory - 10
Marches while holding baby out - 20
Side lunges - 10 each side
Repeat 3-5 rounds with 1 minute rest (or a bit longer if you need it) between rounds. If baby isn't quite strong enough to hold up his/her head yet, hold him against you while performing the marches.
