#MAMWARRIOR Workout 4


  • Marches while holding baby out - 20

  • Squats with baby raise - 10

  • Marches while holding baby out - 20

  • Cuddly morning glory - 10

  • Marches while holding baby out - 20

  • Side lunges - 10 each side

  • ​Repeat 3-5 rounds with 1 minute rest (or a bit longer if you need it) between rounds. If baby isn't quite strong enough to hold up his/her head yet, hold him against you while performing the marches.
