We had so much fun doing this silly, easy, lighthearted workout together! Give it a try with your hubby or older child! OR even a bestie!!

  • Alternating high fives - 20​

  • Alternating plank knee to elbow - 20

  • Russian twist handoff's - 10

  • 3-5 rounds, or whatever baby (and husband) will put up with!
