Lactation Smoothie

This smoothie is full of foods that can help boost milk supply and it's soooooo yummy!

Ingredients:
2 TBS almond butter
1 cup almond milk (or your fav non dairy milk)
1 banana
1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
2 TBS ground flax seeds
1 large handful of baby spinach
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
